GUANGZHOU, China, Sept. 7 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- China World Trade Corp. today announced the appointment of Mr. Larry Wei Fan, age 37, to the position of chief financial officer (CFO). Fan brings more than 10 years of investment and transaction advisory services expertise. Starting on Aug 28th, 2007 Fan will be given responsibility for finance, tax, treasury and investor relations at China World Trade Corp.

Fan will succeed Mr. Man Ha, who has resigned on Aug 28, 2007.
Prior to China World Trade Corp., Mr. Fan worked at KPMG (Australia) - Asian Business Group for almost 4 years, 3 years in Beijing Xin You Stone Investment & Consultant Company, Limited and 1 year at Greater China Capital Limited. Fan is a citizen of Australia and earned his Master in Business Administration from RMIT University of Australia and his Bachelor of Medicine from Jiangxi Medicine University of China.
